What is iPortals?
iPortals is a secure online document portal that lets businesses receive, store and manage their documents in one place. Each business gets its own portal, addressed by its own name, and its users sign in there to view and download their documents.
Your documents, in one place
Statements, invoices, reports and subscription documents are delivered to your portal as they are processed, and stay available online.
A private portal per business
Every business is reached by its own address
(for example ingridklerck.portals.itrackclaims.co.za), keeping each
business's documents separate and secure.
Controlled access
Users sign in with their allocated username and password. Businesses decide who can view and who can administer their portal.
How do I sign in?
Go to the address your business uses for its portal
(e.g.
<allocated name>.portals.itrackclaims.co.za) and sign in there.
If you do not have an address, contact the business that issues your documents.
